5. What are your office hours?
Office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday Through
Friday
6. What if I arrive after business hours?
Not a problem. You will be given a map and directions as to
where the key will be left.
7. Are linens provided?
Yes.
8. What is your check out procedure?
We ask that you at least load the dish washer, bag all
trash, and return any displaced furniture to it's original
location when you leave. Please call the office to let us know
you're leaving and leave the keys on the kitchen counter. Just
lock the door behind you.
9. How far in advance do I need to rent a home?
The sooner the better. Some reservations are made a year in
advance. 10. What is your cancellation policy?
Stays
cancelled 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date
are entitled to a 100% refund, less a $25.00 processing
fees. If you find that you need to cancel your
reservation within 30 days of your scheduled stay,
please contact our office immediately. 11.
How do I make a reservation?
In order to secure
your reservation, a check or money order in the amount
of 50% of your total stay is required. The
remaining balance is due in our office one week before
your scheduled check-in date. 12. Do you
offer non-smoking homes?
Yes. As a matter of fact, all of our home are smoke-free.
Please inquire about the outdoor smoking areas around each home.
THE LEGAL JARGON:
My attorney told me to add the following

responsible for any property damage,
accident or injury to any person or loss
sustained by any person, including loss of
money, jewelry and other items of personal
property, arising out of or in any way
related to guests use of the premises or the
items of personal property provided by the
Agent or the owner. Guests shall
inspect and be familiar with proper use and
application of such items prior to using
them. Guests hereby agree to INDEMNIFY
and hold Alday Services, LLC and/or Owner
harmless from any and all claims including
those of third parties, arising out of or in
any way related to guest use of premise or
the items of personal property provided
therein. Guests assume the risk of
injury or other losses relating to any
recreational activities and will hold the
Owner and its Agents harmless with respect
thereto. |
