RENTAL HOME POLICIES:
RATES:

Rates are dependent on the number
of people in your party, the number of nights you will
be staying, and the time of year you will be traveling.
Please be sure to include this Information in your
information request so that I may better assist you.

Rates quoted do not include the 7% lodging tax.

Rates quoted do not included the
cleaning fee. The amount of the cleaning fee
varies depending on the home reserved.
CANCELLATIONS: Stays
cancelled 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date
are entitled to a 100% refund, less a $25.00 processing
fees. If you find that you need to cancel your
reservation within 30 days of your scheduled stay,
please contact our office immediately.
PAYMENT: In order to secure
your reservation, a check or money order in the amount
of 50% of your total stay is required. The
remaining balance is due in our office one week before
your scheduled check-in date.
OCCUPANCY: Your group is
not to exceed the maximum number of allotted guests as
indicated on the home page of this website.
HOT TUBS: Our staff
regularly maintains the hot tubs which are cleaned and
checked weekly and between each guest. Directions
for use and operation of the hot tub are posted in the
rental unit. We recommend that you rinse off after
soaking in tub.
SMOKING: All of our units
are non-smoking. Guests' are responsible for any
additional cleaning fees and/or charges for damages due
to smoking in or around the home.
PETS: Thank you for helping
us maintain pet free homes. Many people (including
owners and other guests) may be highly allergic to
animals. Should you choose to allow an
unauthorized pet into the home, an intensive
cleaning will be necessary and charges will added to
your stay. All damages caused by animal guests
(approved or not) will be guest responsibility.
We do invite animal guests into owner
approved homes. In the event that you are
traveling with your animal guests, we ask them to:

Stay with your humans at all times
(please don't leave your animal unattended in the
home)

Enjoy the home from the floor only
(please stay off all beds and couches)

Dry off and wipe your paws before
entering the home

Dispose of all excrement into
outdoor trash cans

HAVE A GREAT TIME
CONDUCT: Occupancy and use
of the premises shall not be such as to disturb or
offend neighbors or residents. South Coast Lodging
has the right to terminate the rental agreement and ask
disruptive guests to vacate the premises without
refunding rents and/or deposits.
THE LEGAL JARGON:
My attorney told me to add the following
(heavy sigh)Guests shall solely be
responsible for any property damage,
accident or injury to any person or loss
sustained by any person, including loss of
money, jewelry and other items of personal
property, arising out of or in any way
related to guests use of the premises or the
items of personal property provided by the
Agent or the owner. Guests shall
inspect and be familiar with proper use and
application of such items prior to using
them. Guests hereby agree to INDEMNIFY
and hold South Coast Lodging and/or Owner
harmless from any and all claims including
those of third parties, arising out of or in
any way related to guest use of premise or
the items of personal property provided
therein. Guests assume the risk of
injury or other losses relating to any
recreational activities and will hold the
Owner and its Agents harmless with respect
thereto. |
