About Sebastian Shores

Sebastian Shores is Gold Beach's newest luxury community - located on the Shores of the Pacific Ocean.  The complex is on the Southern edge of Gold Beach, near the Visitors Center.   The Sebastian Shores community currently consists of 15 (soon to be 40) privately owned homes, many of which are offered as vacation rentals.  Well thought-out planning of this community offers several groomed and convenient paths across the dunes to the sandy beach.

As the community grows, we beg your patience while the construction continues.  The project coordinators have committed to maintain a peaceful, quiet environment on the weekends and during the week they do not exceed the City's noise ordinance requirement (10pm - 7am quiet times) and do not begin construction until 7:30 am and leave the job site no later than 6pm.

One of Sebastian Shore's greatest benefits is the peace and serenity offered by its proximity to the ocean and the sounds of the crashing surf.  We ask that you continue this tradition with us and honor your neighbors by not exceeding the maximum occupancy approved by South Coast Lodging, by not hosting parties, and by keeping your noise levels low and restful.

Upon completion of the complex, Sebastian Shores will be a close knit community in an incredible setting with excellent beach access.  The community will host many amenities.

We hope that you choose to visit one of these luxurious beach front homes.  As a covenant controlled community there are several items you should be aware of.   Each home has parking spaces for at least two vehicles (including the garage).  Should you require more parking spaces, please contact our office to make these arrangements.  Year round and privately owned home owners may choose to house family pets, however that option is not available to visitors.  Should you be inconvenienced by a neighboring pet, please let us know right away so that we may assist you. 

Do you have a large group needing housing?  Sebastian Shores is an ideal way to house large parties in multiple housing units, while remaining within easy walking distance of each other and the beach!  Michele is the only property manager approved by the home owner's association so she can be of great assistance to you in meeting your group planning needs.
