South Beach House is a large home which can comfortably accommodate 12 people.  It offers fantastic ocean vistas from many of it's spacious rooms.  With large living spaces including two dining areas, this home is very welcoming to large groups.  In addition to two bathrooms, three of the four oversized bedrooms offers it's own vanity and sink making this home even more versatile.  There is extra parking for vehicles, RV's, boats, and trailers.  All of these features combined make this home perfect home for large groups.  Bring the kids!  Invite the neighbors!  South Beach House welcomes you.

Impressive ocean views are complemented by the many amenities offered here:  Large hot tub, fireplace, easy care vinyl flooring in most rooms, nicely equipped kitchen, laundry equipment, all linens provided, one large bedroom offers two queen beds and a futon, and spacious grounds provide plenty of room to spread out while enjoying the beauty which surrounds you.

South Beach House is conveniently located on the Southern end of Gold Beach and is on a large parcel of land set on a hillside overlooking Highway 101 and the Pacific Ocean.  There is also a large paved parking area set behind the home allowing ample space to park extra vehicles, or for towed vehicles needing additional room to turn around.
