This unpretentious condominium humbly begs for your presence to
complete it's harmony. The balanced arrangement of
furnishings, amenities and the setting create a warm and
friendly atmosphere just awaiting your arrival!
The Water's Edge is located in Sebastian Shores which is the
newest luxury development in Gold Beach. The two bedroom +
loft, 2 1/4 bath home can comfortably sleep seven+ adults in
the King, Queen, Full size Futon, and Sofa Bed sleeping arrangements.
Each of the bathrooms feature a deep soaking tub and the master
bedroom steps out onto a private balcony with sweeping ocean
views.
 At
the top of the staircase you will find an additional
sitting/sleeping space graced with a futon and a second
entertainment area. Here you will also find the entrance
to both bedrooms - each with a private bath.
This home also boasts of a private deck with sliding doors off
of the downstairs living room, a gas fireplace, foos ball and
table tennis in the garage, a well equipped
kitchen, laundry equipment, magnificent ocean views from all
rooms, and great proximity to the beach!
